I guess this is what happens when you leave your film in lemon juice for too long..

But, of course I still like it.

More pictures of Wollongong, more pictures of bikes, and more destroyed film. These are some of the out takes from the photos I took for Papergirl Wollongong. I will be sharing the photos that were selected for the upcoming Papergirl posters as they are released (I have posted one already to take a look back!). I am very excited about this project and will be sharing photos, news and opportunities about the street art movement in Wollongong as they happen!

These photos were taken on the same roll of destroyed film as my previous posts (Lucky 200 destroyed with lemon juice and hot water) and the same SLR (Pentax Spotmatic).

Papergirl

Papergirl is coming to Wollongong.

She asked me to take all the photos for the posters / business cards / other goodies - so naturally I accepted. 

The photo below is the first one to make a public appearance.

A perfectly placed swing

Not many swing sets have this kind of view. Whoever thought to put it here.. genious. Even us big kids can't resist a good swing. Another snap from my destroyed roll of film (destroyed a roll of Lucky 200 film with hot water and lemon juice and then used it in my Pentax Spotmatic SLR).

This patch of sky

 One of my new favourite photos of mine - and it was a total fluke.

Another photo of the light house - I really just like the colour of the sky in this one.

So that camera I got for 2 bucks from an op shop takes a pretty nice picture. It's a hanimex and it's red and reminds me of a lego. Used it with Lucky 200 film for these ones. Vignetting was a cool surprise.

Let's just make this a week of street art, shall we..
